and since I follow a keto diet I was super excited to pre-order this cookbook. Sadly, I’m returning it. It does not follow the keto guidelines and the net carb counts are extremely high on many of the dishes. Sad to say, this won’t work for my needs.Title should be: Indian kinda-Keto Instant Pot recipes. Nothing in the description stated it was primarily Indian recipes. Those simply won't work for my family; I cook for multiple family members who have IBS.The remaining sound good, but only if I overlook that they aren't true Keto. Complete waste, returning ASAP.
